Java chip, coffee deluxe, cookie crumble, black forest, salted caramel, pecan praline, ever heard of these before? Well, if you are from Vigan or near, you would probably know where to find these goodies. Coffee and tea shops have been in the trend these past few years and we are aware of the fact that coffee and tea shops are growing everywhere. Almost everywhere you look, you will find a certain kind of coffee or tea shop. How about pesto, Aglio-olio, crisologo, and veggie nachos? If you are someone who is on a diet, this is where you should go. But I guess, almost all, if not, have a diet-friendly food on their menu, I am not sure because my friends and I only go to this specific coffee shop. Before we talk about their food and drinks, let us first discuss the place. Oh, but before that, I am talking about Coffee Break Vigan and before anything, this is not an endorsement, I am just doing this because I am really satisfied with all the amenities the coffee shop offers. The coffee shop has two branches in Vigan, one along the famous Calle Crisologo and the other along Salcedo Street. Both are equipped with airconditioning, entertainment sets, free wifi, mezzanine, and comfy furniture. It is open from 8 in the morning until 10 in the evening, every day for the whole week. For someone who is not fond of drinking coffee-based drinks, Coffee Break offers a wide variety of drinks convertible from coffee- to milk-based, but do note that not all drinks are convertible. Do not get me wrong, but when we go out, it has always been at night, so I need to break from having coffee-based drinks because I will be having a hard time to sleep afterward. drinks
On the other hand, the coffee shop also sells an equally favorable food line up. My preferences include Longganisa Pasta, Carbonara, and their beefy nachos. foods
When it comes to prices, their foods and drinks are very affordable compared to other coffee and tea shops, but the tastes do not devalue from their low costs. staffThe staff and crew are very nice and accommodating, all of them know how to respect different attitudes of their customers. Like me and my friends are playful and once we get to our childlike attitudes, we tend to make fun of ourselves first before we can properly order our selected foodies. Nonetheless, "Ate" from the counter can still show a smile on her face even if we already know that she is irritated at some time with our immaturities. Moreover, they won't mind if you stay longer than anyone else, but again, respect should be given to everyone, when you feel that you are there for quite some time and they have customers who also need some space, give them, we do not own the place, do we? environmentThe place is not too hot and not too cold, they maintain a fair amount of temperature inside the place. When it gets too crowded or when it reaches a certain number of people, they change the temperature of their ACs, and so is when there are not many people in it. It is also a good place for studying, group works, and alone time. Just make sure that you are not distracting anyone else in the place when you are with friends, we all know that we tend to speak louder when we are with people we are comfortable with. Internet connection is a major hooray! After making your orders, you may then ask for the password at the counter. You will be able to connect to the wifi in no time and you can use it until you are finished, no limits! Restrooms are an A. I, for one, wants to use a clean restroom. The place offers a not-so-big restroom but it is spotless and nose-friendly. Take note that their branch in Salcedo Street, you need to ask for the keys in the counter to use their restroom because of its location, some people are using it as a public restroom already so they are limiting the people who use it to their customers only. finishing...On my point-of-view, I will have to give Coffee Break Vigan an 8 out of 10. Though everything that I have shared above was quite amazing, their inventory should be regularly checked because, at times, some of their menus are out of stock or not available. At some point, their audio or music tends to be rowdy which breaks the point of being in a coffee shop where you, with or without your friends, need to take some time off from the busyness and stress of the outside world. But still, when we talk about coffee or tea shops, I will always choose Coffee Break Vigan beyond anything else. Coffee is life. Hey there! Do you also have a great experience in same coffee shop I went to? Come on! Share them in the comments below!
